How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free across the UK. Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse and usually arrive within a few working days. You will receive a tracking link by email.
What is your returns policy?
You can return your massager within 30 days of delivery. Just contact us and we will help you with the return.
How do I use it?
Drape it over your neck and shoulders, slip your hands through the straps, press power and choose your intensity. Turn the heat on or off at any time. We recommend sessions of up to 15 minutes.
Can I use it in the car?
Yes. It comes with a UK plug adapter and a car adapter. Use it as a passenger only, never while driving.
Is it safe?
It has automatic shut-off if it gets too hot. It is a wellness product, not a medical device. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or a medical condition, check with your doctor before use.
Can I use it on other areas?
Yes. Besides the neck and shoulders, you can use it on your back, waist, legs and calves.
